The hotel was very clean, with great facilities and staff. I particularly enjoyed the long and uncrowded pool, and the fantastic mixed drinks served by the pool. The animation for kids was also impressive, as were the clean beaches. The hotel spa offered professional and affordable massages, and I found the location near the water slides leading to the river outside of the resort to be a great plus.

Couldn't fault this hotel.

area is adjacent to the sites like sealanya within 5 minutes walk. we liked the pool. we had the most good few days there.

Fantastic Family Experience

During our stay at Haydarpasha Palace, we had a fantastic family experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a fairytale-like atmosphere that made us feel like royalty. The pools were clean and the water slides provided endless fun for the kids. The food options were plentiful and of good quality, catering to various tastes. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with pancakes and cereal for the little ones. The beach nearby was beautiful, and there were water sports available for added excitement. Despite some minor drawbacks like limited kid-friendly food choices and not-so-great alcoholic drinks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable family holiday.

Nice new hotel, claims for cleaning, the beach is so so. Food is pretty good. The staff isn't exactly competent, but they're friendly. All in all, it's good. I recommend it.

Nothing not to love.

Staying at a beachfront hotel is always a dream for any vacationer, and this hotel does not disappoint. Being located right on the beach means that guests can easily make their way from their rooms to the beautiful sandy shore. Plus, there is an a la carte Turkish restaurant with delicious food within the hotel. the main restaurant serves a variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy any appetite. Guests can enjoy shopping in the bazaar nearby, and the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and free daily-stocked mini-fridges are some of the many advantages this hotel has.

One downside to this hotel, mentioned in the reviews, is that it is mainly occupied by guests from Eastern Europe.

Location was great, close to shops and bars. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Meal times were a total nightmare. The restaurant was too small for the amount of people and the food was often cold.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this deluxe hotel. The spa area was amazing and we really enjoyed our hot stone massage. We also loved the fact that they had a train that blew its horn, which was a fun touch. The hotel had a great location near the beach and the staff were friendly.

We did experience some negative aspects during our stay. The main restaurant was a bit chaotic and it was sometimes difficult to find a table.

Our stay here was truly luxurious. The exclusive amenities including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were beyond our expectations. The massage and beauty treatments were amazing and truly relaxing. We loved lounging on the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool and the beach access was a plus. The entertainment was fun, and the seasonal outdoor pool was a delight. The restaurant offered special diet menus which were delicious.

The only minor issue we faced was the language barrier with some of the staff who did not understand English very well. However, they were still friendly and tried their best to assist us.
